Deposits and cancellation policy

Payment

I prefer cash but I can also take Company Checks, Personal checks on a local bank, Visa and MasterCard.

Deposits

I require a $100 deposit at the time you book your trip for each day you wish to book. If you need to book more than one boat, I require a $100 deposit for each boat for each day that you book.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event you need to cancel your trip, we will refund your deposit as long as you cancel at least 14 days prior to your trip.

If you need to cancel your trip within the 14 days prior to your trip, your deposit becomes non-refundable. If you would like, we will apply your deposit to your next trip; as long as that trip is taken within a year of your original booking date.

Deposits will be refunded if your Captain cancels due to unsafe weather conditions.

All refunds checks will be mailed to the person who book the trip. Checks will not be mailed out until the deposit has cleared. All requests for refunds must be e-mailed to Capt Doug. This way I have the correct spelling of your name and address.

In the event you do not show up for your charter or cancel within 48 hours prior to your trip, you will be charged for the remainder of the trip you booked.

By booking a trip, you are agreeing to our cancellation and refund policy.
